Your Google translate album ist scheisse. And no, that's not request, invitation, commission, or recommendation. Oh, and we guess this means there'll be a whole "album" made with Google translator any minute now. Don't go all crazy trying to make some Italian beatbox. Note that this only works in German, the language of brilliant engineers, beer-as-religion, and overly enthusiastic lovers of pork. GitHub - Philipp15b/Google-Translate-Beatbox-Helper: Adds a menu for Beatbox codes in Germ. (If you don't want to, uh, do all that, just click here and then click "listen.")Īnd here is the genius sound palette/notation guide, assembled by IAMDAVE on Hacker News: Adds a menu for Beatbox codes in German Google Translate via a Bookmarklet or a Google Chrome Extension. Here are the original instructions (see link love below) on how to make your very own beats through Google:Ģ) Set the translator to translate German to Germanģ) Copy + paste the following into the translate box: pv zk pv pv zk pv zk kz zk pv pv pv zk pv zk zk pzk pzk pvzkpkzvpvzk kkkkkk bsch So how realistic does this sound? More realistic than you actually learning to speak German, at least. Honestly its unbelievable a native Googles extension does not properly work in Googles browser. I have to click 'translate this page' every time. The feature 'Always translate selected languages' doesnt work. In fact, there's a comprehensive guide to using Google translate as a beatbox machine, and typing auf Deutsch is the only way to do it. I still dont understand how I should use the extension if I want to translate a word from of a hyperlink. Well, here's something that will surprise anyone familiar with the crisp austerities of the German language: It makes a great beat box palette when used in Google translate.
